How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days across Pakistan. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide. You can also pay securely online by card at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy exchange on unused items in original packaging. See our Returns & Exchange page for full details.
Is there a warranty on gym equipment?
Selected machines carry a manufacturer warranty; the period is shown on the product page where applicable.
