How it works
1. Request
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
2. We Review
Our team confirms eligibility and shares simple return instructions.
3. Exchange
Once received and inspected, we process your exchange or store credit.
7-day easy exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
Damaged or wrong items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items. For hygiene and safety, certain items (e.g. used supports, opened supplements, custom orders) cannot be returned unless faulty.
